Developer Projects · Websites · CMS Implementation

Websites built from structure to launch.

This portfolio focuses on projects I actually delivered: websites built from the ground up, implementation support for a global rebrand, and recurring CMS work across multilingual publishing environments. Each case explains the company, the project, my contribution and the public result.

Project scope

The page separates ownership from implementation.

A full website build is presented differently from work completed inside an employer or client platform. This keeps the portfolio useful without overstating the boundaries of a shared project.

End-to-end builds

From initial structure to a live public website.

Projects where I handled the connected system: architecture, content, visual direction, responsive behaviour and implementation.

Shared implementation

Delivery inside an existing company or platform.

Rebrand, localisation, CMS, template and page-level work completed as part of a wider team or business system.

Public evidence

Live links where they add real context.

Completed websites link to the public result. Employer work is described at contribution level when individual changes are not separately attributable.

Websites built from the ground up

Different organisations.Complete digital foundations.

These are working public websites rather than concept designs. The contribution changed with each project, but every build required decisions about what the site needed to explain, how people would navigate it and how the final pages would work across devices.

ProsperHubFundraising and investor outreach platform

A commercial website for a complex fundraising offer.

I built the public-facing site from the ground up, translating a multi-stage offer for founders into a clearer journey through the proposition, service model, process, evidence, FAQs and contact paths.

Contribution
Information architecture, visual direction, colour system, website copy, responsive implementation and conversion paths.
Project need
Explain investor access, outreach support and the platform model without forcing users to decode the business before understanding its value.
Result
A complete public website that presents the offer, qualification process and next steps as one connected commercial experience.

A multilingual agency site organised around client decisions.

I built ArautaWords from the ground up to turn a broad editorial, SEO and localisation offer into a structured website for companies operating across markets, languages and regulated sectors.

Contribution
Site architecture, service positioning, original copy, visual system, multilingual routes, responsive implementation and SEO-ready page structure.
Project need
Present specialist services and international market support without relying on generic agency claims or repetitive service pages.

An editorial platform designed for readers who need clarity first.

I built the website from the ground up as a service-journalism platform for crypto, payments and everyday finance, then connected the technical structure to the editorial operation I lead.

Contribution
Website structure, editorial content model, category and author architecture, design direction, CMS implementation, SEO foundations and publishing workflows.
Project need
Make complex financial and crypto topics approachable while still showing editorial standards, authorship, sources and topic organisation.
Result
A live publication with explainers, news, practical guides, author pages and a repeatable structure for ongoing editorial growth.

KRM WordsPersonal portfolio and project system

A portfolio designed as a working information system.

I built this site to organise two professional profiles and three project categories without reducing the work to a single generic resume. The site itself is a live technical product and therefore belongs in the portfolio.

Contribution
Information architecture, visual system, semantic HTML, CSS, JavaScript interactions, structured data, theme support, accessibility and responsive navigation.
Project need
Give employers and clients direct routes to content, analytics and developer evidence while maintaining one coherent professional identity.
Result
A responsive hub-and-subpage system optimised for search, answer engines, accessibility and smaller screens.

Implementation inside existing systems

Not every technical project starts with a blank repository.

Some of the most consequential work happens inside a live platform: translating a rebrand into hundreds of page-level decisions, publishing multilingual content correctly and protecting templates, links and components during release.

ParkMundo · ROOSH

Global rebrand and multi-market website implementation.

ROOSH unified nine local airport-parking brands under ParkMundo across 15 countries and four continents. I supported the transition at content and page level rather than presenting the wider platform as an individual build.

Contribution
On-page content updates, CMS implementation, translation and localisation of site elements, page-level development support and quality checks across different market versions.
Project context
A shared international release where the new brand, content, interface elements and local market requirements had to remain consistent across multiple environments.
Technical focus
CMS workflows, multilingual templates, localisation accuracy, responsive checks, internal links and release consistency.

  • Multi-brand CMS
  • Localisation
  • Page implementation
  • QA
Multilingual publishing operations

CMS back-office work across content-heavy websites.

I have worked inside the publishing systems of agencies, finance platforms, affiliate sites and multilingual media projects where the technical task was to turn approved content into a correct, functional live page.

Companies
NAGA, iGaming.com, Growth Leads, Godmode and Benrey, AltSignals, TheBestVPN.com and other multilingual publishing operations.
Contribution
Article and landing-page publication, translation of reusable site or interface elements, metadata, internal links, page assembly, template use, content updates and CMS quality assurance.
Technical focus
WordPress and other CMS back offices, structured templates, HTML formatting, multilingual consistency, reusable components and responsive rendering.

“CMS back-office” here means publishing and implementation inside content-management systems. It does not imply ownership of the server-side platform or the underlying proprietary code.

What the builds included

“Built from scratch” covered more than the visible interface.

The completed projects required connected decisions from the first site map through the final mobile and publishing checks. The emphasis changed by project, but the work consistently crossed content and implementation boundaries.

Developer work overlaps with editorial operations and analytics, but each portfolio keeps the project evidence organised around a different type of decision.
